What is Cryotherapy?
Cryotherapy is a non-invasive treatment which is using extremely cold temperature. It helps to repair damaged tissue, reduce inflammation, and ease pain, accelerating recovery up to four times faster than the body’s natural healing process when used as part of a targeted recovery programme.

What is Localised Cryotherapy?
Localised cryotherapy is a targeted cold therapy whereby pressurized and condensed cold air is cooled down to temperatures of -32°C.

Cryotherapy has been proven to speed up recovery and help with inflammatory conditions. To achieve better results, soft tissue manipulation (sports massage) is accompanied during the treatment.
